The UTS Learn to Row program runs for two sessions a week across eight weeks in April and May each year.
This program is designed as an introduction to rowing. It teaches those who've never rowed before, or those with limited experience, the basic skills involved with rowing including both on-land and on-water training. People learn about equipment, basic rowing technique and training principles - helping them decide if they have the talent and aptitude to progress their rowing to the highest level.
